Minuit Machine is back In Copenhagen!
“One of the best synth concerts in Copenhagen for many, many years!” Review in Danish music magasin Gaffa when Miniut Machine played in Copenhagen back in 2019.
Minuit Machine just released the brand new “24” in November 2022.
The French synth/minimal wave duo Minuit Machine was born when Hélène de Thoury (Hante.) met Amandine Stioui back in the summer of 2013. After that, the collaboration between the two young Parisians blossomed. Together they have created a unique club-oriented sound, a mix of pulsating electronic rhythms and cool, captivating synth melodies.
The combination of Hélène’s razor-sharp production and Amandine’s deep, melancholic voice creates an original and fresh sound that has cemented Minuit Machine’s cult position on the European DIY music scene. The genre references range from eighties minimal wave and electronic rock, and the mix of synthesizer, catchy melodies and lots of cool attitude gives Minuit Machine a very special expression.
After two very successful albums, Live & Destroy and Violent Rains, and club hits such as Battles, Everlasting or Sabotage, the duo announced on their Facebook page that Minuit Machine stopped.
After a three-year hiatus, Minuit Machine came back with their third LP “Infrarouge” in May 19, which was very positively received. The duo has since released a number of solid dance bangers, including the hit “Don’t Run From Fire.

Abu Nein:
The enigmatic Dark Wave project ABU NEIN from Malmö is characterized by a dark and gothic sound combined with classic 80s synth.
The debut album “Secular Psalms” from 2020 got a nomination for the renowned Manifest music award. ABU NEIN has quickly gained recognition as one of the most promising bands on the postpunk/darkwave/synthwave scene in the same league as She Past Away, Light Asylum and Hante. Erica Li Lundquist’s expressive vocals blend perfectly with the dark soundtrack. The band’s next album will be released in the spring of 2023.
