The new album from Closed Mouth called ‘After the Tears the Fury’ is already the 7th physical album release since 2019 for the highly talented and very productive French Coldwave/Dark Wave/Post-Punk act!
The roots are still there: intense sensations and its typical mixture of Cold Wave, Post Punk and Gothic Rock. But Closed Mouth’s new opus is calling for light and maybe their strongest release so far. Even ‘Drowning in Silence’ could be put on a dancefloor ! Something new is also coming for 2025 … to be discovered in the second part of this year.
