In August 2023, Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark (OMD) release the first single “Bauhaus Staircase” from their 14th album “Bauhaus Staircase”, which is out this autumn. OMD are one of the earliest, most commercially successful and consistent synth-pop groups. They have consistently drawn inspiration from early electronic music to write three-minute pop songs, or sprawling experimental works.
