There’s quite a hype (a deserved one!) around Soft Scent on the post-punk/darkwave Scene! Coming from central Italy and born in summer of 2023, they are the fusion of three musical personalities: Anna (vocals, synths), Enrico (drums, electronic drums, percussion) and Sara (bass and backing vocals) – all 3 with a post punk and darkwave scent!
Their first (digital) single “The Howl” was released in November 2023 and immediately attracted the attention of various labels. Only 2 months later, in January 2024 it was followed by the single and video for ‘No Wounds’, that got high attention and praise by music lovers.
Here now the promissing Italian band’s debut album – released on Vinyl by Manic Depressio and on CD by the Polish label “Batcave Productions” (we should be able to offer it later on) “Chimera” is a sonic journey, with a post punk and darkwave scent, between nightmares, loneliness, rebirths and passions…
