The Tear Garden is a psychedelic/gothic/electronic band, formed by Edward Ka-Spel of The Legendary Pink Dots and cEvin Key of Skinny Puppy in 1985 after Key served as a sound engineer on tour in Canada for Ka-Spel. The self-titled debut-allbum was released the following year, with Dave Ogilvie producing. 8 more albums followed on labels such as Nettwerk, Metropolis, Sub-Conscious Communications and the latest one in late 2025 on Artoffact!
