The music erupts. Intense and roaring. Guitar melodies spiraling around pillars of drums and bass paving the way for the simple and beautiful vocal arrangement where the bary- ton voice of Aage Kinch is contrasted by Camilla Florentz’s (ONBC) airy vocals. The lyrics convey a hope for what unites us in spite of division and strife: “Build bridges instead of walls”.
“Into the Wide” was recorded in Tapetown Studios, Aarhus and mixed by Christian Alex Petersen (Liss, Marching Church, Mew and others) at Grapehouse Studios, Copenhagen.
Behind Catch The Breeze are Aage Kinch (vocals, guitar), Lars Madsen (bass) and Andre- as Bundgaard (drums) uniting their musical forces for 22 years, first in the now defunct band Yellowish and now in Catch the Breeze. Pioneers of Nordic Shoegaze and Dream Pop the friends constantly explore and evovle an evocative and vibrant sound.
